Individual therapy offers a dedicated and non-judgmental space for you to understand the issues that are troubling you and to create greater life satiesfaction. It takes courage to start this process and I look forward to accompanying you in this journey.
For individual therapy, I believe in the importance of both symptom relief and in-depth understanding of oneself (insight-oriented therapy). Our work in therapy will be highly individualized, as any struggle or symptom is embedded in the tapestry of your unique history and biopsychosocial conetxt. I blend insight-oriented, cognitive-behavioral, and emotion-focused approaches to address the issues that you may bring to therapy. And I work from a style that creates a warm, authentic, and collaborative therapeutic environment.
